- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch (£12.95)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Repackage the item with the same protective care we give to our outgoing shipments. Include all original packaging materials and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
