While we carefully craft each piece to delight our design-conscious clientele, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging, protected as carefully as when we sent it from our Plymouth workshop
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-made or specially ordered pieces
- Items marked as “final sale” in our collection
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is as carefully considered as our product selection:
Step 1: Contact Our Design Enthusiasts

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item with the same protective care we give to our outgoing shipments. Include all original packaging materials and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
We handle refunds with the same integrity we value in design:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your carefully packaged piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund with the same prompt attention we give to customer inquiries about our products.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
